The parcel must have been landed on by a heavy object, as the Charmers had all been squashed, and one had slightly broken out of its packaging. It was however as good as aver to eat. Was not able to give away one of them because it was heavily misshapen. Not BH’s fault I suspect but the carrier. Didn’t open the parcel for a few days after it arrived, just put the inner bag in the fridge. SO a bit late to complain.
