Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday via APC overnight courier. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Mainland, Borders and offshore may take 2-3 days to be delivered.
Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday)

I can be stored in the fridge for at least 3 months. You can also freeze me and then take me out of the freezer, grate me whilst frozen and pop me back in the freezer. Some customers grate me and place me grated into the freezer. And don't forget I am also quite tasty eaten on my own or with a piece of fruit or a glass or two of wine. Enjoy!

Made using traditional Italian methods, however we use a vegetarian rennet in place of the animal rennet and is the only cheese of its type to be Vegetarian Society Approved. This medium fat hard cheese is made from pasteurised cows' milk and is matured for 15 months. It is sweeter than most would expect and, therefore, can be eaten as an everyday cheese; it is great with an apple or pear, a glass of wine and is brilliant to cook with.

Absolutely love the grated vegetarian parmesan. I would highly recommend. What I didn’t rate was the delivery company – APC. The guy threw my package over the hedge and into the garden. My husband was in at the time and saw him do it. I have frozen the parmesan like some other users have mentioned previously – and it works well – so I am hoping I won’t need to go through the experience of that delivery company again. I’d think twice about using them if I was you Bookham Harrison Farms.
