Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday via APC overnight courier. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Mainland, Borders and offshore may take 2-3 days to be delivered.
Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday)

I can be stored in the fridge for at least 3 months. You can also freeze me and then take me out of the freezer, grate me whilst frozen and pop me back in the freezer. Some customers grate me and place me grated into the freezer. And don't forget I am also quite tasty eaten on my own or with a piece of fruit or a glass or two of wine. Enjoy!

This medium fat hard cheese is made from pasteurised cows' milk and is matured for 15 months. It is sweeter than most would expect and, therefore, can be eaten as an everyday cheese; it is great with an apple or pear, a glass of wine and is brilliant to cook with.

Order #41279 ( 2025-12-12 ) not received and no tracking updates. I know this is a busy period but this is very disappointing as I wanted my order before Christmas. In this day and age, you’d expect delivery within a week to 10 days, or at least an update. It seems like it’s hard cheese on me (or should I say, lack of) for ordering. Something seriously wrong if a company can’t deliver, or update on its service.

Good afternoon, Mr. Sedwick. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. In answer to your query, our Twineham Grange grated is frozen after production and until dispatch. The best before date of 06/10/25 refers to period if the cheese remained in a fresh state. Our normal procedure is to attach a new best before date on removal from the freezer of six weeks from dispatch. Please accept our apologies for this ommision.
