Terms of Service
All orders are subject to these Terms of Service, which are made between you and us. By placing an order, you are accepting these Terms of Service.
Your order (including your credit or debit card details) will be sent to us online via a secure server. If we are unable to fulfil your order (for example, because we have run out of stock), we will inform you of this within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will be contractually bound to fulfil your order if we have confirmed your order by email, but not otherwise.

We strive to sell products of the very highest quality only. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Within 24 hours of receiving the product please contact by phone 01403 339 150.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit or debit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
