Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday via APC overnight courier. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Mainland, Borders and offshore may take 2-3 days to be delivered.
Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday)

Our Milk Churn Coffee shop is open up until and including Christmas Eve. We do have a click and collect facility on this website. Simply place your hamper in your basket and click the collect from The Milk Churn as you checkout.

The products I received were great and were very much enjoyed however the service needs a little improvement.
The 3 rolls of butter were missing from my original order so I contacted them. After a speedy response they apologised and agreed to send them the next day, however I then received 2 blue cheeses in instead. After another email they apologised again and offered a partial monetary refund as I had purchased the hamper as a birthday gift and the replacements would not arrive in time.

The vouchers that we used were difficult. Several times we were told that the vouchers did not exist. Eventually sorted out by a phone conversation.
When the pack arrived there was no butter included despite it being promised.

I was disappointed that we didn’t get the butter that was listed on the sheet. It was replaced with 3 smaller portions which did not equate to the same volume as the block. Aside from that the quality of the product and packaging was great and we really enjoyed it.
