South Downs Slightly Salted Butter is traditionally churned from cream aged for three days, then washed in ice-cold water and packed by hand.
It took Gold at the 2014 Great Taste Awards, where the judges praised its fresh, creamy flavour and well-balanced salt, and it has gone on to win Great Taste Awards seven years running. Perfect for spreading, cooking and serving at the table.
Available as 180g rolls, singly or in packs of 3 or 12, and in a 2kg catering tub. Fresh, it keeps for up to 6 weeks, and it freezes well. Suitable for vegetarians.

Orders received by 2pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day via DPD next-day courier (delivery takes two days to the 2-day areas listed above).
Orders received after 2pm on Thursday, or from Friday to Sunday, will be dispatched the following Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday).
